The exempt list will be modified for 2017.  The top 30 points finishers from the 2016 season will be exempted from qualifiying at events with a qualifier plus will be able to sign up for events starting on April 1 rather than April 15 with the non-exempt players.  We will also make a certain number of players from the current year points list exempt from qualifying.  That number has yet to be determined.  Watch this space for more details.
