Cancellation Policy:
Any professional that cancels by August 2, 2010 will be charged an administration fee of $150.00 and will receive a refund of $850.00.
Any professional that cancels after August 2 will receive no refund with the exceptions of;
1. Death of a family member
2. Personal injury to the professional
These exceptions will need to have supporting documentation.
These exceptions are only good if we can place another professional in the tournament field.
